How it works

Find the build early. Catch the flip. Deliver the doors.

One chain, end to end, from the permit a crew files before they dig to the precise list of sell-today doors in your rep’s hand.

Step 1
Find the build. We scan city construction permits and public dig-locate (811) tickets every day. When a carrier permits fiber on a street, we see it, often months before their own sales team shows up.
Step 2
Map the doors. Every single-family home within ~400 m of the build is pinned and tied to the carrier and the specific permit that anchors it. No whole-city guesses.
Step 3
Estimate go-live. Using the permit, build stage and local signals, we estimate when the area turns on, and we label it as an estimate, because that’s what it is.
Step 4
Watch on an escalating schedule. Each address is re-checked, more and more often as its estimate approaches. We only ever record a serviceability result from a real, observed check.
Day 0
Detect the flip. The instant a door goes from not-live to live, we confirm it. That observed transition is the strongest sell-today signal there is.
Step 6
Hammer the neighborhood. A flip rarely happens alone. Fiber lights up by serving area, so we check the surrounding streets hard and map every live door.
Step 7
Deliver the doors. Your team gets a precise, per-area live-door list with address, carrier and status, ready to knock today.
The signals we read

Three independent layers, cross-checked

01 · EARLY

Construction permits

The paperwork crews file before they dig. The earliest reliable sign fiber is physically going into a neighborhood.

02 · LEADING

Dig-locate (811)

Public “call before you dig” tickets, the closest leading indicator to go-live, tightening our estimate as work nears.

03 · GROUND TRUTH

Serviceability checks

Real, observed availability checks per address. The only thing that confirms the flip. Never simulated, never fabricated.

Our promises

Honest by design

The value of a flip signal is only as good as your trust in it. So we hold a hard line on what we will and won’t claim.

  • We never fabricate a serviceability verdict or a “fiber coming” flag. Only real, observed checks are recorded.
  • Go-live dates are estimates, and labeled as estimates. The flip is the only thing we call confirmed.
  • Every lead is anchored to a real, recent permit. We don’t invent doors.
  • We’re honest about gaps. If we can’t verify an area, we say so rather than guess.
