Neon Fiber Systems is a fiber buildout intelligence company. We find where carriers are building fiber, watch every address, and catch the exact day it goes live, so sales teams sell it first.
Fiber is being built faster than anyone can track by hand, and it goes live one neighborhood at a time. For a door-to-door sales rep, that timing is everything. Knock a day early and the address can’t be sold. Knock a week late and a competitor already has it. We built Neon Fiber to catch the exact day a carrier turns fiber on at an address, and to hand that to the people who sell it.
Most “fiber lead” lists are guesses about where service might arrive. Ours are anchored to real construction permits and confirmed by real serviceability checks. We don’t sell a maybe. We sell the doors that just became sellable, with the carrier and confirmed status attached.
The product is only worth what you can trust, so we hold a hard line. We never fabricate a serviceability verdict or a “fiber coming” flag. Go-live dates are estimates and we label them as estimates. Every lead is anchored to a real, recent permit. And when we can’t verify an area, we say so. Honest signal is the whole product.
We collect fiber builds nationwide and go deep where our clients sell. Our focus markets are Arizona, Colorado and Michigan, with Arizona as our first market. As clients expand, so does our coverage.
Chad leads Neon Fiber Systems and owns the relationships that put our data in front of the sales teams who need it. He brings 15+ years of performance marketing and paid advertising experience, having managed monthly budgets up to $50K across verticals like Medicare, Final Expense, ACA, and insurance, where the gap between a good lead and a wasted dollar is everything. That is exactly why Neon Fiber exists: he watched door-to-door teams burn days on neighborhoods that weren’t sellable yet, and knew the real value was in timing. A technical foundation in network administration and systems lets him speak the same language as the engineers building the platform. Most importantly, Chad believes open communication and full accessibility aren’t a courtesy, they are the foundation of every client relationship, and he holds the company to the same honest standard it holds its data.
TC built the Neon Fiber platform and writes the code that keeps it running. He holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas and an Associate’s in Software Development from Midstate Technical College, and before Neon Fiber he spent five years as an IT engineer in the aeronautics industry, where precision and zero tolerance for failure weren’t optional. That mindset shapes the whole system. It scans construction permits and dig-locate signals across dozens of metros every day, watches each address on an escalating schedule, and catches the exact moment a door goes live. He designed the carrier checkers, the flip detection, and the data pipeline from scratch, the same way he once approached aerospace systems. His rule for every verdict the platform reports is simple: if it isn’t real and observed, it isn’t recorded.
Becca runs operations at Neon Fiber Systems, turning a constant stream of raw signals into something a sales team can actually use. She makes sure every live-door list goes out accurate, organized, and on time, and that clients get answers fast when they need them. After years building brands and digital products for businesses that live or die on local foot traffic, she understands exactly what a field sales team needs to move quickly, and she shaped the client experience around it: clear, fast, and ready to knock. She owns onboarding, day-to-day delivery, and the quality bar that keeps the data trustworthy. Her standard is the one the whole company runs on: if a door isn’t confirmed, it doesn’t ship, and if something isn’t right, it isn’t done. Becca keeps Neon Fiber honest, fast, and easy to work with.
Only real, observed checks become verdicts. We’d rather show a gap than fake a signal.
The day fiber flips live is the whole game. Everything we build serves catching it.
If a rep can’t knock it today, it doesn’t belong on the list. Precision over volume.
